BRANDING

  • Develop and design visual brand elements such as logos, imagery, print and digital assets that reflect the company’s brand identity and values.

  • Create brand guidelines and style guides that outline the proper usage and application of the brand elements across various marketing materials and touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and branch leaders, to ensure consistent implementation of the brand standards and provide guidance and support in maintaining brand integrity.

PRINT DESIGN

  • Conceptualize, design, and layout print materials such as brochures, posters, and flyers.

  • Create print materials that maintain a cohesive and professional brand image.

  • Work with external printers and vendors to select appropriate printing techniques, materials, and finishes that enhance the quality and impact of the final printed materials.

  • Develop visually attractive and engaging design concepts for catalogs, direct mail, flyers, and other sales collateral incorporating key product messaging into the layout and content.

  • Work together with copywriters, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that product information and relevant details are translated into clear and concise text, headlines, taglines, and product descriptions, as well as ensuring that all messaging contributes to the overall design strategy.

DIGITAL DESIGN

  • Design and create digital assets such as website banners, social media graphics, email templates, and online ads to effectively engage the target audience.

  • Optimize digital assets for various platforms and devices to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

  • Stay updated on current design trends and best practices for digital media, incorporating innovative and interactive elements into the design of digital assets to enhance engagement and drive conversions.

FACILITY BRANDING

  • Design and create interior/exterior branding elements such as building signage, window graphics, and site features that create a lasting impression for customers.


TRADE SHOWS & EVENTS

  • Develop visually compelling concepts and designs for the trade show booths and show branding that captures the essence of the
    company’s brand, products, and messaging, while creating impact and attracting the target audience.

  • Design large-scale graphics, banners, signage, and backdrops highlight key products or services in a visually engaging and cohesive manner, while considering the unique requirements of trade show
    environments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and events, to ensure trade show booth graphics and branding align with overall marketing strategies and objectives, and provide guidance and support in bringing the brand to life in a large-scale format.

  • Work with various external vendors and suppliers to ensure the successful execution and production of trade show graphics and branding, including coordinating printing, installation, and any necessary logistics.


PHOTOGRAPHY & ART DIRECTION

  • Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their photography needs and requirements, and coordinate and direct photoshoots with photographers or in-house resources to capture high-quality images.

  • Edit and retouch photographs to ensure they meet established standards of quality, consistency, and branding, while also optimizing them for print, digital and large-scale format.
